Job description:
- Well versed in architectural, structural, landscape design development & construction execution.
- Well acquainted with basic operations of AutoCAD, Revit, MS-Office & other software’s.
- Experience in Project Management, Design Management, Project Planning, and Construction Management & Project Execution & Techno Commercial Co-ordination with engineering department for Design & Drawing specifications.
- Experience on Construction Drawings of Architectural / Civil / Structural.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings basis the Project details and client requirements, or – building specifications, calculations and sketches.
- Visiting construction site with the site engineer or independently at various project stages as required collecting measurements, dimensions and carrying out supervision of construction work in adherence with architectural drawings.
Mandatory Qualification-
- Experience in cross section drawing, creating plans as per requirement of site
- Experience in topographical drawing is must
- Should be able do the drawing detailing
- Knowledge of auto level reading is required
- Experience in gardening / water front /land scaping sector is required
- Experience in Sketchup is essential 3D max will be an added merit

Required Skills
- Proficiency in various software’s, mainly AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch up.
- Good understanding of Architectural concepts & detailing.
Job Skills & educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline.
- 5- 10 years experience, including AutoCAD drafting building construction industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques
