Overview

Academic Requirement: Bachelor’s in architecture (B.Arch.) degree from a reputed institute.
Masters in Architecture (M.Arch.) (Optional)

Professional Requirement: Min 5 yrs Experience 

Role & Job description: Preparing Concept Design for upcoming projects keeping in mind project feasibility and Govt. policy/DCR Regulations. 

Modifying existing Designs and coming up with fresh design ideas as per business need/policy changes. 

  • Preparing Presentation drawings, Brochures, and 3D Views. 
  • Design Coordination with Liaison Team for approvals and incorporating changes if any in the Design plan. 
  • Design Coordination with MEP Consultants and Services Team during the project. 
  • Preparing Good For Construction drawings 
  • Coordination with Site Execution Team for checking and assistance for execution on site.  

IT Skills Required: Proficiency in Auto-Cad, Google Sketch up, V-Ray rendering, 3D Max, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word etc. 

Personal Skills: Candidate should have good eye for design and details. Should have good coordination skills and should be proactive, should be a team player.
