Overview
Job Description:
- Responsible for executing and coordination of structural works, shuttering and finishes including fit outs
- Responsible for ensuring the execution of project as per scheduled program in accordance with the specifications and safety standards.
- Coordination with the MEP department, Passenger lift installation team, Fire Fighting lines, their respective provisions and coordination in the structural and finishing works.
- Responsible for submitting Daily Report to the Head of Department
- Highlighting the bottleneck points well in advance to take necessary steps to avoid hindrances
- Preparing the one week look ahead, one month look ahead program in coordination with the Management
- Forecasting the manpower and materials requirements to meet the scheduled programs and raising the subsequent indents and follow-ups for timely delivery with the purchase department.
- Conducting the weekly meeting with the contractors for work, other related issues so as to make sure the project activities are line with the schedule program.
- Certifying the invoices of Contractors in line with the actual works done and approved work orders.
- Highlighting the site changes in drawings with respect to cost variations and submitting the reports to seniors and QS team
Job Expectations:
- Proven working experience in construction management
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process Expertise in construction and finishes of high end luxury villas
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture.
Minimum Job Experience:
9- 13 years
